Termination of Parental Rights - Indian Child Welfare Act - Notice Procedure
Partial reversal of order terminating parental rights over two children was required as to one child where notices to Indian tribes under Indian Child Welfare Act identified only one child. Where parents appeared at multiple court hearings but failed to object to failure to serve copies of JV-135 forms on them under Indian Child and Welfare Act, they waived issue.
