As a Family Law Attorney, I have personally appeared in front of the Honorable Judge Harvey Silberman on many occasions. I alway found Judge Silberman to be impartial and quite thoughtful in his decision making. Moreover, Judge Silberman always demonstrated a strong command of Family Law. In my experience, I always knew Judge Silberman would strongly consider the facts of the case and ruled based on law and not personal preference. I wish the Honorable Judge Silberman a warm return to the Family Law bench.
