South Korean Court Rules That Cryopreserved Embryos Are Not "Life Forms"
In the debate over the legal status of frozen embryos left over from fertility treatment, it would appear that a South Korean court has ruled that "human embryos left over from fertility treatment are not life forms and can be used for research or destroyed."
